Will has really enjoyed his GT class at school, but we all wish it was more than just a couple hours per week. The last couple of months, his GT class has been working on creating a movie. The kids got to learn what it is like to be in front of the camera as well as behind the scenes during their video production unit. The 6 or 7 kids in his class all took on different parts of the production process -- director, camera operator, script writer, editor, cast member, scenery designer and more. All of the kids acted in the movie, and they were excited to share their hard work during a "Movie Premier" that was complete with red-carpet, popcorn, autographs, and life-sized movie posters. He really enjoyed the process, and his favorite part was using the computer to add the sound-effects to his super-hero fight scene. Ben, Maddie, and Jon had a good time at the movies that night, too.
