Answer: They are why Maddie couldn't sit. She stuffed the toys in her "pockey" -- which wasn't really her pocket, just the neck of her pajamas. All of them filled the legs so much so that she couldn't even bend her knees. Ben had the previous record with the 21 blocks in his jammies, but Maddie beat that by seven -- a total of 28!
