Exploring the botanical gardens

Our nephew Beckham celebrated his birthday on an already-overloaded weekend (for us), so we decided to head to Melissa at the end of April to see him and celebrate Nana's birthday at the same time. The six of us spent Saturday with Nana and Papa at the Ft. Worth Botanical gardens -- just walking around and exploring, and even finding a couple of letterboxes. It was a great weekend to spend outside, and we all enjoyed it. The kids had a lot of fun wandering through the park, and I had a chance to try my pocket-sized camera in manual mode. I still have some learning to do, but it was a beautiful chance to take photos!
